Salon Policies

Note: Deposits are Non-Refundable

Only the Client being Serviced, plus one parent or guardian is Allowed during the Visit. Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate extra guests.


The salon space is cleaned and disinfected thoroughly with an EPA approved disinfectant after every client.

If you are sick or feeling sick, have any flu, COVID, cold or cold-like (this includes coughs), allergy, or sinus symptoms, please stay home. Please take note of the cancellation and rescheduling policies below. Arriving with any type of symptoms will result in immediate cancellation and 50% of the payment will be due.

If you are COVID positive, have had a positive COVID test or been exposed to anyone with COVID in the past 14 days, please stay home, cancel, or re-book accordingly. I will waive cancellation fees with proof of a positive COVID test.

Drop Off's

Drop off's are welcome with prompt pick up's. All  appointments will begin with a Consultation prior to the start of each appointment to confirm booked services and address any questions or hair and scalp concerns. Please be sure to confirm all details of the service if your child will be dropped off to their appointment.

Late Arrivals, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Late arrivals of 15 minutes will incur a $15 Late Fee. Late arrivals of 20 minutes will incur a $20 Late Fee. Late arrivals of 30 minutes or more will need to be rescheduled. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give 24-48 hours notice as a courtesy. Any appointments canceled in less than 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations in less than 12 hours of the appointment time will be subject to 100% of the balance due.

Frequent Cancellations (more than 3 consecutive) will result in a 50% Deposit being required to book future appointments.

No Call, No Show's will be Charged 100% of the Balance Due and Blocked from Booking Again.

If you need to reschedule an appointment and have paid a deposit, you will be able to reschedule the appointment once without forfeiting the deposit. A new deposit will be required if you are unable to keep the new date you've requested.
If you are COVID-19 positive, I will waive the cancellation fee with proof of a positive test result.


All clients should arrive with hair detangled from scalp to ends (free from plaits, braids, and ponytails).

An Additional $50 will be Added to the Service if the Hair is not Detangled prior to arrival.

No time to Shampoo, Add-on a Shampoo and Blow Dry to your Service at the time of booking.

Longer and thicker hair textures may have longer service times and an additional cost.

Braiding Services

All braiding services require a deposit. Deposits are Non-Refundable and are applied to the total balance.

Hair Must be at least 4 inches all over, this includes edges. Anything less (short cuts, damage, or alopecia) requires a Consultation prior to booking a braiding service. 

Braiding Hair is Included for all Braided Services.

Braiding Hair color Must be selected at the time of Booking.

Braiding hair colors for streaks and pops of color must be selected at the time of Booking at no additional cost.

Braiding Hair Color Mixing

$22 will be added for Color Mixing of 2 or More Colors and Must be Specified when Booking.

There will be a $50 Fee for changing the Hair Color, Length or Style on the day of the appointment.

Client's Hair must be Washed at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, detangled, blown dry (stretched), and Ready to be Braided.

No Product in the hair, please.

Service will be Refused if the Hair and Scalp is Unclean - No Exceptions!

Dry Shampoo does not qualify as Shampoo and does not adequately clean the hair and scalp in preparation for a protective style.

The Condition of the Hair Prior to the Braid service determines the quality of the Braid Style. A rat tail comb is used to section the hair.

Note: Sleeping in the chair will increase your service time. Rest up before your appointment. 

If you are unsatisfied with your style, I will be happy to make adjustments to the current style or offer a style comparable to the service rendered.
